Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Common Ground. Rachid Ait Moussa (ra7ch), at Benguerir, Morocco, provides the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate registration information, use one personal account unless authorized otherwise, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly revoke sessions or contact support if access is compromised.
2. Health and safety
Common Ground is a motivation and community product, not medical advice, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee that a route, venue, opponent, or exercise is safe. Choose activity appropriate for your health and surroundings, follow professional advice, traffic and venue rules, stop when conditions are unsafe, and contact local emergency services when needed. Never trespass or take risks to gain game progress.
3. Fair movement and verification
Manual activity can support personal history but does not create competitive territory effects. Verified features may use transient GPS attestation, rotating venue passes, mutual match confirmation, daily caps, decay, and anti-farming controls. You may not spoof location, automate movement, share proof credentials, collude on false results, manipulate devices, or evade integrity limits. Verification and moderation decisions can be appealed through the provided controls.
4. Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, expose another person’s location or personal data, submit unlawful or dangerous content, exploit minors, spam, sabotage crews, or misuse reports and blocks. Crew leaders and organizers receive only scoped tools and must not use aggregate access to identify or pressure members.
5. Your content and activity data
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as necessary to run, secure, and improve the service according to your visibility choices and the Privacy Notice. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Raw GPS routes are not a public-content feature.
6. Service changes and availability
Seasons, scoring, integrity thresholds, rewards, territory decay, and features may change to preserve safety, fairness, law, and product viability. We may pause features or the service for maintenance or incidents. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent control of a cell, stronghold, rating, reward, or crew position.
7. Subscriptions and rewards
If paid plans are offered, checkout and billing management use the configured payment provider. Price, billing period, taxes, renewal, cancellation date, refund rights, and concrete plan benefits will be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to mandatory consumer law. Provider-signed events—not the client—control entitlement. No reward or paid plan may grant competitive power, territory influence, ratings, or challenge advantage.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or use Profile to delete your account. The operator may restrict content, features, or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, serious or repeated rule violations, legal compliance, or protection of other members. Where appropriate, notice and appeal are provided. Certain safety, payment, integrity, intellectual-property, and liability provisions survive termination.
9. Intellectual property
The service software, design, marks, and operator-created content are protected by law. Except for rights expressly granted, you may not copy, reverse engineer where prohibited, resell, scrape, disrupt, probe, or create unauthorized derivative services from Common Ground.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not warrant fitness outcomes, competitive results, member conduct, venue quality, or error-free data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, or user-created risk, and aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
11. Law, disputes, and changes
Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in your country continue to apply. Subject to those rights, these terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts there. Updated terms will show a new effective date; material changes will be communicated and, where required, accepted before continued use.
